Ah, I forgot!! The program with which I translated is called "Subtitle Edit" I downloaded it from here: http://download.cnet.com/Subtitle-Edit/ ... 90536.html
It is best to download it as well so that you can check the timing (when we translate in our language, some sentences may be longer or shorter than in english).
And when you translate ALWAYS click "Ctrl+S" in order to save it... constantly. Power may be cut off, or something "unexpected" to happen, and all your progress to be lost! Always save what you do, even if you haven't finished translating all of it. Always save.I also needed to copy this file (srt) a couple of times because... for some "peculiar" reason, my project wouldn't be saved (so instead I clicked on "Save as" with a different name...). And because I was also translating in Greek, at some point I saw that the Greek had overlapped my file with the english translation... which made absolutely no fucking sense because I have them with different file names.ANYWAY, point being, either the enemy or technology (lol) will try to fuck you up. So, always be prepared.
