There's yoga that can help with that, this sequence is for anxiety.... standing forward bend (neck release, hold neck), squat hang, crow, squat twist bind, boat twist tabletop, seated open leg forward. Hold each pose for 5 deep inhales. Also for deppression its good to do back bends

No its not enough, but its good for energy, so its good to do in the morning. You need a steady meditation program along with yoga either hatha or kundalini proably a mixture between the two would be best, and breathing exercises.
