Can anyone recommend a good book for learning it?

If you get the Hanson Robert's deck, or any Tarot deck they come with a little book that explains what the cards mean and how to do a tarot spread. Also you could look up different three card spreads, the tarot decks usually tell you how to do the full Celtic cross spread.
