Ok, you need to back off meditation. Do one awakening a day, and do lots of void. Meditation brings up psychological problems up. Also way over stimulating the nervous system. Meditation is not about stress! It is the opposite of stress. Do lots and lots of void. Do Hatha and kundalini yoga.

Twitching is not good. I have had serious compulsions and when I get a chill I scream. What is happening is you are over stimulating your nervous system which can cause permanent damage. When I back off from as much meditation it goes away.
