Taurus is known for consistentcy. So it would help in the context that your not an air sign but fixed earth. God state I am not sure what you mean by crystals or rituals.

There are many websites you can use to find what sign the moon is in I personally use lunarium http://www.lunarium.co.uk/calendar/universal.jsp
just make sure you put in your location and time as depending where you are the time can vary for when it starts and ends

Anything you want to stay consistent with like for instance adding to your meditation program or starting some sort of workout program ect. Just make sure you don't go over board by adding to many things lol
