Uruz charging?

Hello Comrades!
I have recently bought a small metal necklace that has the Uruz rune on it. How can I go about charging its runic power into the metal to make it incite it's helpful properties into myself. I would also like to point out that I'm going to be wearing it so I don't want to be black magic energy into it.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Raise energy into it by visualizing the energy engulfing it and shining. Vubrate the rune uruz into it, seeing it and the rune shine brighter each time and holding its shine and greater density after each vibration. Do this in a multiple of 2. State your affirmation after each set. Hold the energy there after and state your affirmation as many times as you want to make sure its properly programmed.

Sure thing, hello Sam. To charge it is simple. Chant the rune in it for a certain amount of reps. Each rune has a specific number, Uruz number is two or 20 or 200. So I would say chant Uruz 20 times. 21st June 2015 Solstice Ritual  Not sure why I just posted ritual. It happened automatically, so I'm gonna leave it lol.
Anyway, back to the rune. Chant Uruz 20 times, look up on YouTube to find the pronounciation. Teloc Vovim is a good friend of mine who posts very good videos, specifically the ones you are looking for. 
 Then say an affirmation 9x or 20x.  Whatever you want it to do, just make sure it's in presence tense as will never happens. You can optionally go and draw energy from the sun into it as well.

Alright i jut did it. Vibrated Uruz 20 times, visualized it glowing golden, then stated my affirmation "this amulet of        Uruz is inspiring strength and endurance in its wearer. Hope it works!

Very good. You can do it everyday and strengthen it. Everyday for forty days preferably.
