Exercise for restoring proper blood flow
Cold hands & feet many people think this is a normal thing, so did I in the past. Yet it can have detrimental effects on your health in the long run. Receding hair line which is common for men also finds its roots in poor blood flow. Every aspect of your physical body is ruled by blood circulation, no blood flow = death.
Blood circulates oxygen & nutrients to every part of your body, once this flow gets disturbed problems will arise, eventually death will follow. A receding hair line is a good example here, it can be hard for blood to reach the scalp, poor blood flow = less oxygen & nutrients, also by-products created in and around the scalp will not be removed effectively. This buildup & strangulation of necessary nutrients will slowly kill the scalp & hair.
Blood flow is not the only driver, poor Bio-electricity quality/quantity & circulation also has a big influence here.

The exercise below has done me very well, I used to have cold hands & feet all the time for the majority of my life. While doing this exercise you may see instant improvement depending on the usage, permanent improvements may need months to years of consistent work. I permanently fixed the problem of cold hands & feet, however it took 6 to 18 months.
For this exercise I will take cold feet as an example, you can change the exercise to fit your needs.
Exercise:
1. get into a relaxed state, sitting or laying down can be very helpful especially when its your first time.
2. Clear your mind and actively take your consciousness to your legs.
3. Visualize & use intent doing the following:
A. Relax the muscles, letting blood flow uninterruptedly.
B. Visualize & "feel" the blood flowing through the leg, heating up the surrounding area.
C. Slowly move your consciousness down towards the feet & repeat the above.
D. To aid you can take something warm (like your hand) and put it on your feet to help understand what it is that you are trying to feel/invoke.
4. Do the above however many times you want in a row, overdoing this can however cause excessive sweating.
