Do you do this in the process of R C 1

This is completely separate of returning curses, personally I do the basic cleaning: https://templeofzeus.org/Aura_Cleaning.php. Combined with: This light is cleaning out any and all negative energies, karma's, ill will, thought forms and impurities from my soul (sometimes i add body and aura). I only vibrate Raum when I really want an extra layer of cleanliness, I'm pretty sure this was the normal way of cleaning back in the day, Can't find it in the power meditations section anymore though.

Besides the above its a good idea to use light throughout the day to help keeping the soul clean, positive reinforcement only adds to the power of it.
