I'm not into social media that much, but I've noticed that certain paintings about stories from the Gods, Goddesses and Heroes just keep appearing to me. Mostly they are from the Greek side. While I was meditating for a while, out of nowhere I've realized that we don't have any topic about classical paintings and statues. Before creating art, one needs inspiration from somewhere. It doesn't have to be only paintings and statues, we could find inspiration from vases, wall paintings, objects, anything that clearly is depicting some god, a story (just don't know if naked bodies would be allowed, in that case there could have some restrictions).
I don't know if it would be a good idea, perhaps we could share some of them here, talk about a beautiful artwork, try to bring new ideas. I remember a sermon from High Priestess Lydia that tells us to appreciate real art, meditate on it. Maybe some of the paintings that I have been seeing could be even from an unknown or less known Zevist Personality, I mean some of the painters I don't recognize or know (mind also that I don't know much about art).
Since this is probably the first time I start a thread, I'll have to get to understand how to post images (and how to get them from the sources). So don't mind if this post appears and I only return for a couple of hours (my timezone also). If someone has an another idea, feel free to spread here.
