How come i get dreams influienced by the Greys can i stop it i will explain

They often seem to take place in a school like a high school often or a middle school dont know if that's symbolism from them about something. But I am often shown doing something like weed or Crack and the last one was about how I would like the new world order and it would be fun just kept repeating stuff about that and adding in I would be rebel if I followed them and could have sex with anyone I want in the new world order and do as many drugs and i didnt have to follow any rules or ethics I could just be animal like and kill and rape anyone i want any time (not what i want to be like) Stuff like that. It happens almost every night that I am shown stuff by the enemy (greys) they also mock the gods especially Zeus who I like and talked to me a few times. Then they just say stuff repeating in dreams saying swear words at me and stuff sometimes they just keep repeating the word fuck over and over in an almost screaming voice for no reason.
I would like these kind of dreams to stop.
They also show stuff like gruesome murders and also poop and pee stuff in my dreams like they just randomly show someone pooping or peeing or weird sexual things like me having sex with my mother. Some of these dreams play music in the background but no song i have ever heard (though it sounds a lot like some of today's music) I would rather have regular dreams but that doesn't seem possible.

When I worked on my AOP the intrusive thought bs from the greys reduced dramatically and even stopped.

The method for AOP that I use:

Inhale protective energy from the Sun, making a golden white shell around your aura of Golden Sun energy. To do this visualise you're inhaling the light from the sun (Imagine the sun is in the sky in front of you in your mind). A good breathing pattern is breathe in 6 times, then hold the solar energy in 6 times in your aura then when you breathe out just imagine the solar energy is integrated into your aura. Do that 10 times.

Then affirm while focusing on the golden energy you absorbed into the golden light shill around you:

"I am breathing in powerful protective energy from the Sun, this energy is building an aura of protection around me. This aura protects me at all times in every way" 3 times.

That is one round. Do as many rounds as you want. Start with 3 rounds a day if you want. If the nightmares or intrusive thoughts don't stop. Do more. You can do more than 10 breahts per round as well if you want.


Also, tune out the enemy. Don't think about them. Don't visualise them. Don't try to feel them. Focus on the Gods and the higher virtues they represent.

The will and mind are also important here. When you make the affirmation and even when you’re breathing in, truly will with mental force than an aura of protection is being built around you.

After you finish you can then meditate on the aura of protection (and if you can, feel it, to me it feels sunny and golden) you built for a few minutes. 2 minutes should suffice. This serves to properly direct the energy so it fulfills its task.

As you have described many times, you have astral binds and astral connections with the enemy, so vibrating the FRTR in your aura and chakras, combining it with deep cleansing and the help of a demon to remove them, might works for you.

Do Good AoP. Focus on Void meditation and invest in it.

Ignore shit, they can’t do anything, if you are dedicated.

This is all they can do to try to convince you, show something and make you dwell with emotional entanglement And making you think and think endlessly.

Void it out. You need to focus and direction with understanding the importance of keeping it, and focusing on it rather.

Focus on deprogramming, study your ass off, this will open up your eyes faster, all the Sermons everything in ToZ are made for studying and restudying again and again. Studying will make you direct in life and focused where it is truly important.

Keep regularly Gods rituals at least 1 per week when schedule is not current.

Direction, meditation, yoga, exercising and building strength of body, mind and spirit in time will bring for you emotional stability and what not,

Later nothing of this will be interesting to focus on, because you will be too busy with discipline and reaching GodHood.

Have you considered the possibility that your past drug usage damaged your pineal/ 6th chakra somewhat and its manifestation of that?
