When I worked on my AOP the intrusive thought bs from the greys reduced dramatically and even stopped.
The method for AOP that I use:
Inhale protective energy from the Sun, making a golden white shell around your aura of Golden Sun energy. To do this visualise you're inhaling the light from the sun (Imagine the sun is in the sky in front of you in your mind). A good breathing pattern is breathe in 6 times, then hold the solar energy in 6 times in your aura then when you breathe out just imagine the solar energy is integrated into your aura. Do that 10 times.
Then affirm while focusing on the golden energy you absorbed into the golden light shill around you:
"I am breathing in powerful protective energy from the Sun, this energy is building an aura of protection around me. This aura protects me at all times in every way" 3 times.
That is one round. Do as many rounds as you want. Start with 3 rounds a day if you want. If the nightmares or intrusive thoughts don't stop. Do more. You can do more than 10 breahts per round as well if you want.
Also, tune out the enemy. Don't think about them. Don't visualise them. Don't try to feel them. Focus on the Gods and the higher virtues they represent.
