Any good lists of micronutrients and how often we should eat them?

After the HP Maxine ritual, I realize: I'm not doing things well at all, and health is a major part. So I'm starting to work on it, and realized that my macronutrients are okay..could be better quality but I get them alright.

But micronutrients, I don't. and I'm tired of taking a multivitamin that tears up my stomach. And there's a lot of micronutrients, a lot of vitamins, and a lot of foods that apparently I need to eat a lot of to get the daily recommended values? The %DV thing never made sense, no one can truly eat that much food per day (the volume is too much)

are there some we need daily? B vitamins, sure. But are there more daily, some every so many days, some weekly or monthly?

other than the %DV I don't know where to start. They taught that in school but it was meaningless.

Don't worry to much about what kind of nutrients you need on a daily or weekly basis. The easiest way to get the right intake of nutrients inside of you is to start eating more natural foods, animal produce, herbs & vegetables, meat, fish, etc. etc. preferably sourced from a reputable source or from a local farm.

You will notice the difference when you start eating more and more real foods, your body will tell you what you are deficient in if you learn to listen to it. Modern society loves to over complicate everything, while the solutions are more often than not the easiest solutions. When it comes to multivitamins in my opinion it is not 100% needed to live a happy & healthy life, however there are plenty of people here that would recommend taking it. So if you want to take multivitamins make sure that these are naturally sourced vitamins, never chemical / lab made vitamins, always read the label.

Hi. There are simple ways to get bioavailable micronutrients. Find local farmers markets or places that sell raw milk. Places that do will offer other good food or point you to where you can get good foods like raw cheese and butter. In these simple foods you will find the nutrients you need with no need to take supplements. Plus in places like this you should be able to find bones from grass fed cows and well fed chickens and pigs which you can use to make bone broth. this alone has been known for literally thousands of years as a life saver. you can find plenty of great info on how both to make it and testimonies on it's wonders. I recommend starting with the website Weston A Price Foundation. Just look that up and it should be the first or second thing that comes up.
Good luck on your path with restoring your health. We are here to help you as best as we can
