thank you very much for your spell, yes I've been doing minimum 20 mins void meditation everyday and it has been very helpful, but the xians voice is just too painful i thought maybe i there is something else that can help, sometimes some thoughts i think help keep it at bay, but i read xians are infinite crazy and it carries over in the voice.

Increased aop as flowers of adonis said will definitely help, you dont need to wait you can start doing it right now, yes the moon is not in best sign for this, but you then stop doing this 2 before a good moon sign and restart it.

The the temporary Aop will protect for now then you can build a permanent from a good moon sign.
