Physically incredibly flexible and strong empower chakras on spine

When I empower my root and sacral chakras on the spine. As the title states, I straightaway feel way stronger and flexible (literally put my heel behind my head). I can get into a deeper squat position and relax. Normally, I can't squat or be flexible as my knee hurts because of past medical surgeries that have abused my knee. This feeling lasts for a few hours and it vanishes.

Other effects I feel :
1. general elation of mood
2. Not stuck inside of head with thoughts
3. No fear, can face anything
4. Voice gets deeper and mantras have added vibrational effect

I don't get these results by empowering my middle/central chakras. The chakras on the spine have a way more pronounced and immediate effect. Should I just focus on unblocking the chakras on spine and sushuma? I know kundalini has a part in this, what do I focus on to make these permanent?

what do I focus on to make these permanent?

1. Increase the number of repetitions you are doing on the mantras for those chakras.

2. Use an affirmation afterwards to program the energies. You can do this with an affirmation to empower / clean your chakras. Just experiment and find an affirmation that produces those effects you want to replicate. Then add "permanently", or "now, continously, and forever" in the affirmation.

3. Make the above a working that you do every day for atleast 40 days (preferrably more).

If you follow those points, you should be getting a more long-lasting version of those sensations you are describing, and eventually you will be able to make them permanent.
