Did something happen with my kundalini?

Right before posting this I did the INANNA chant 10 times as part of my opening my astral senses program and was immediately hit by a a strong sense of anxiety that just wouldnt go for like 40 minutes and an uncontrollable stream of thoughts and it continued to worsen, I kept getting hotter and hotter and it genuinely felt like a claw was digging into my upper back and so I started to pace around my house and every step it felt weird like I was being tugged into the earth and squished by gravity (not painful just weird) I was feeling very similar to how I felt when I did the V----a mantra for the first time but without the associated euphoria, after 40 minutes I prayed to my GD for help as I was concerned I was being directly attacked and immediately had the idea to send the energy out through my crown chakra I did so and felt a lightly burning energy go through my upper spine and literally blossom above my crown, it felt like the single serpent meditation x10, but not as powerful as the kundalini ascension is described, it felt good but not bliss, and I felt no heat at the base of my spine is anyone familiar with what happened to me? Unfortunately I don't have clairaudience yet so I can only get yes no answers from GD due to my limited skills and I feel I have pestered him a lot lately without giving enough back so I would prefer to not put him through my usual 20 questions.


For some context I have been a satanist for well over a decade now but up until recently I simply wasnt taking it seriously enough and so I am shockingly ignorant of the occult and I was basically just doing foundation, chakra and aura empowerment for hours on end every day, but now im focusing, particularly on the spiritual alchemy side of things its why I have been very active on the forums lately im trying to not repeat the same mistakes of thinking I know best and just running in circles and so I have been doing a great deal of heavy duty "housekeeping" I only started cleaning my soul 2 weeks ago after a decade of power meditation (I know I am an idiot) and have been doing a lot of work particularly related to my sacral chakra but I have genuinely no idea what happened and would like a frame of reference.

Sorry if the post is TLDR if brevity is the soul of wit then I am not exactly witty and also sorry for kind of spamming the forums with my questions lately im just trying to do things correctly from here on out and there seems to be a lot more high quality knowledge on the forums compared to when I first started out.

It looks like it was a Kundalini activation. The Kundalini can activate trough planetary influence. If you know astrology, you may want to look at the chart of that day.

I do not think it was an attack, because they are way less effective. Focus on cleaning and empowerment, hence, start an even better cleaning. If you soul is dirty, it will be very painful for the Kundalini to ascend. If anything else, practice astral hearing, and meditate on Satan's sigil and your Guardian's (if you know who is it) or do Satan's Power Ritual, or your Guardian's if they have one, and pray for guidance.

It can dig up very bad emotions, past experiences, memories, feelings, and all sorts, thats why I recommend to clean your soul and you should study your natal chart and start a freeing working for a planet that gives you the most painful negative karma, it's usually Saturn. Cleaning, empowerment, and protections are meant to be practiced forever, so do not leave these practices because you think you have done enough of them, because nobody did.
