I've been following the forty day empowerment program so far but wanted to ask for a bit of clarification. A little over two weeks into serious commitment and dedication towards empowering my soul, I've started the journey of opening my chakras. I've also been reading lots of helpful posts and information from members with lots of experience, and I often see lots of warnings to proceed carefully in this area to prevent disaster and damage from not being prepared to handle the effects. I'm a couple of days into opening the sixth chakra, but I wanted to ask whether more experienced members think I should proceed at a slower pace? The energy and slight pressure focused in the area is taking getting used to, but I'm not experiencing any alarming discomfort. I clean and protect my aura on a daily bases along with void meditation and breathing exercises. Do I need more experience before opening my chakras?

You don't need a specific day or time for your chakra to open. What matters is the strength of your spirit and your ability to focus. It's great that you're trying to proceed in a planned manner, don't worry about anything. It's okay as long as you don't feel negativity and continue to open your chakras according to your intuition. In fact, our chakras are always open. They are called "turning on" as an indication of awakening. Chakras are strengthened and purified, rotated. Keep going my friend

You are doing good, different effects are expected from opening the chakras even if they are "negative" effects.

Keep doing it, and make plus effort on your cleaning if you are having some really bad effects from it.

The reason for negative effects is because you are unsealing something that was forcefully closed by a lot of dross. Now this dross come to the surface.
