i'm finding it hard to relate to the element Water corresponding to the Sahasrara chakra, to me it feels beyond Ether.

If you do feel like that water is the element of Sahasrara, please could you share your thoughts on why.

I am a fan of using Munka, and have had good results with it. For example, Munka x90, then "This energy of Munka has removed any obstacles to ...." or removing karma associated with emotions, trauma, whole planets or other problem areas you
may see.

You should try to hit the same number, but if you mess up a little, it is not a big deal, unlike Squares.

Don't want to intrude, but I think the best approach is straightforward. You don't need to prepare to say no, for this is an answer, not a business meeting, no matter how hard. If your mom will damage you she will do that regardless of day. There's AoP, and binding.

I was wondering if someone could review my meditation schedule?

First I wake up, do wim hof to wake myself up, do aura cleaning, then go straight to the yoga included in the JOS library. I dont have much more time to do anything else in the morning.

Then when i get home in the afternoon i do another 3 rounds of wim hof to settle down then do a yoga routine built around the chakra of the day, for example, today, Wednesday I'll do the full heart yoga routine made by Miss Lydia, and fill in the extra asanas (like forward bending) with my own stretches. I dont have much time past this to do anything else.

Then at night before i sleep i do Aura cleaning, aura of protection, void meditation, full yogic breathe, chakra spin, and depending on the day a chakra meditation to empower.

I know i need to add a few things, like Kundalini yoga. I also want to study pranayama more to do that in the morning and evening, but for now that is my routine. Can anyone tell me what i can improve on other than what I've already mentioned? Thank you so much in advance!

I like your schedule as is. Keep building your routine off of your intuition. The only thing I will add is try and isolate your problems and use the Runes to overcome them, take advantage of the Witches Sabbats, and utilize planetary squares/energies. As you were saying, pranayama and mantra work can be further added.

I'm sure other members will give great advice.

Just one. Pick one and use the same one for the whole working. This is because the different versions are similar, but have slightly different energy, based on the syllables used for vibration.

I like your schedule as is. Keep building your routine off of your intuition. Yep it’s really interesting. Also that some people can take lots of psychedelics plants and experience nothing, whilst others seem to access other planes very easily. I can totally believe that some bodies/dna make ups don’t have the capacity for psychic ability.

It is interesting that the Jews tend to be good at maths, I’m not sure what chAkra is related to mathematics. They also seem to be more detached from the earth.

I don't think it counts because it's not a job but it's something to help me get a job but I was enrolled in a remote (from home) high school so I could get a job, but that was a few months ago but I didn't say anything because it didn't immediately get me a job but I hope that counts for something.

i've been spinning the male chakras (1-3) clockwise - drawing up from mooldhara

and the female chakras (5-7) anticlockwise - drawing down from sahasara

but also drawing in energy from the sides also

for me energy, is coming in predominantly from the bottom and the top of the aura, and therefore i feel the two vortexes are moving in different directions (like the merkaba is often described, - the two triangles rotate in different directions). And then in the middle is a mixing of the female and male energy where you get a stillness... stillness of the heart

then chakra 4, anaharta, i'm seeing more as a still/neutral space - like a still point between between the two vortexes

maniupra (4th chakra) i'm feeling the biggest field, like the JOS site says, and together with the rest of the charkras, it is the manipura which makes the horizontal cross of the alignment of the upside down cross that the JOS site talks about

As it has been said before Satan gave us everything we need within us. The candles, the incense , they don't make the spell work - your mind is doing that. So even "nothing" is enough, especially if the candles are too expensive (I mean you could donate that money and that would help more while you would still be able to do your magick) or if some can't be found (like black candles). You could create an Astral Temple (more advantages, in my opinion. You don't need to re-buy things, and it builds many other skills, besides witchcraft used in "physical" workings)

And I have to wonder am I too old for all of this? Will this put some kind of stress on my body? There aren’t other senior Satanists,, as far as I know

I originally planed to tell my mom that I wont be going to the hall in sunday but she couldn't go so we zoomed in so that gives me one more week to make it count before we start separating.
But I did talk to her about planning to move away but I did it in a way that it didn't make her angry (I told her that I was in no rush to do it and focused more on immediately getting a job) but I was able to see how she saw things and she told me that I could not only get a job but also study (remote highschool that I never bothered to mention) and she actually gave me good ideas and she also told me that she worried about me leaving jehovah but that peruse peace convention might have softened her up so I could tell her that I am leaving next sunday.
She looked like she accepted that I am not really there for jehovah and so calmly told me that there is nothing out there in "the world" (us vs them) and that in times of crisis the brothers won't be there if I leave her god and that people of "the world" may seem nice but turn against me and I would have no help in hard times and she also told me in detail why she is over protective (she had a hard life) it looks like she is willing to accept one or the other choice I can make since she knows and has told me that she can't force me to choose and that I would have to do that myself.
I hope you can tell me what you think of this because I know a little about what to do but I don't know how it will turn out.

It's not exactly a "church" like on tv but I do see your point but I don't know if I could still go through after I told her and I don't think I can get away with that since I cant lie about helping my mom when I want to gather enough money to find my way out and helping my mom sound like a task that's not worth it and if I told them that I want to move out (tell them I am in no hurry) they may get in my business and ruin things but it's worth thinking about.

If it's outside and it's cold weather, I recommend a heavier cloak or robe and clothes underneath.

What brought me to JOS is actually the flat Earth theory. Once I found out that our Earth is actually enclosed in a dome (the Jews show us this in the Hunger Games) and not just a monkey floating on a ball, this got me thinking we might have a creator. This is probably the main reason why flat Earth is so attacked.
