Question #4457: What are the signs of a new relationship in predictive charts?

I didn't noticed anything mentioned like this before, other than a planet being on 0 degrees libra is oftentimes an indicator of a new relationship. I'm new in astrology and still figuring things out, and interested in knowing if I'm gonna have a relationship in the future or not, I dunno what signs should I look for. I'm thinking like signs as in what to look for in solar returns, lunar returns, progressions or transits. I'm attracted to males if that matters.

Observe the houses that are connected with the relationship and the planets that are connected with this issue.

When transits hit these positions, this event can occur.
