Munka in light body

Hello. Is it a good idea to vibrate munka (or Ansuz) in the light body instead of the aura? Is it more powerful?

How can the light body generally be used?

I vibrate it in every part of my soul. In the chakras, together witht he light body, and the aura too. Although you could potentially focus it on a area that is more connected with the problem you are freeing yourself from.

The aura and light body are "soul" components. Along with you have chakras and the etheric double.

The light body can be used to "issue commands about oneself," or it can be used to "manipulate" others through it. As with the aura, this part "of the soul," can change color according to one's emotional state, health and more.
