Hello everyone, a few years ago a read this book called Reality Transurfing by Vadim Zeland. Some people have made this book into some gay “manifestation secret” type of bs, but non the less I like its concept of pendulums.

A lot of us often find ourselves asking, “Why do I always feel forced to pick a side?” It always seems to be a choice between the lesser of two evils. We’ll I think this concept of pendulums can help shed some light into this question.

The stoics realized this concept early on stating— “That which angers you controls you”. Some other people have recently been calling this concept “loosh farming”… Something about the word “loosh” deeply triggers me, but I just thought I’d mention its relevance. I believe this pendulum concept is very similar to the “thought forms” ToZ had already recognized in its early days. As you read you will notice some similarities here.

So this principle already exists within the ToZ framework. And it clearly appears throughout ancient history, but many of us forget to apply it (myself included)—maybe it just gets glossed over at times. Overall, this is just another way to describe these systems and bring some attention to the matter.

The point is people have been noticing this structure for a long time

In some sense the pendulum may even be an energetic pattern thought forms use to sustain their existence. But this is just my own speculation

Anyways here is a summary of the structure of pendulums described in this book:

A pendulum is an invisible, self-sustaining energy structure created by collective human thought and emotion focused on a single idea (e.g., politics, fashion, social media, or drama). They function like parasitic, destructive forces that feed on your energy. Specifically high-emotion reactions like fear, anger, or admiration. They seek to control your attention, reducing your personal freedom.

Key Aspects of Pendulums
  • Definition: Anything that is not an individual person can be a pendulum, including institutions, social groups, ideologies, and trends.
  • Energy Feed: They thrive on intense emotional engagement. Both positive and negative emotions act as "fuel," making "fighting" a pendulum just as nourishing to it as hating it.
  • How They Work: They create scenarios that draw you into conflict or deep emotional involvement, turning you into a "cog" in their mechanism.
  • Examples: News outlets, political parties, sports teams, celebrity drama, or even internal fears.

How to Deal with Pendulums
  1. Identify them: Recognize when you are being pulled into an emotional drama or a mass hysteria event.
  2. Be Indifferent: The best way to kill a pendulum is to refuse to play along. Stop giving them energy through emotion. If you are indifferent, you are "empty" and the pendulum passes you by.
  3. Use "Empty" Response: If faced with a destructive thought or situation, simply ignore it or react with a calm, "empty" feeling, preventing the energy transfer.
  4. Disengage: Stop defending against or fighting for a cause that feeds a negative emotional state. Act with neutral awareness.

Common Pitfalls
  • Fighting them: Fighting a pendulum only gives it more energy.
  • "Opposing" them: Being "against" a movement is still a form of engagement that feeds it.
  • Emotional reaction: Any strong emotional reaction (pride, anger, frustration) hooks you back into the pendulum's influence.

If it resonates with you, great. I don't personally like the terminology and it sort of implies a thoughtform would have a will to live which would suggest sentience, which would imply it wasn't actually a thoughtform?? It's the same as if we were talking about AI, if the AI was sentient it wouldn't be artificial intelligence it would just be intelligence.

Great post. This is why need make Zevism the center of out focus and attention. In the past too many largely irrelevant things were given a lot of attention here at the expense of Zevism. I’m glad those have been largely shut off.

Hello brother, im transerfer myself, if u want to expand urs knolage about pendulums u should ride a book The Selfish Gene from Richard Dawkins and also research his concept of memes (not those funny pic from internet but information bits of information that, in my opinion, correlate very strongly with the idea of pendulums) I also did not expect to meet another person here who is familiar with Zeland, personally I have read all his books and put his knowledge into practice (successfully) Please also share your experience of using his techniques. It would be interesting for me to read

There is no contradiction here, try studying Dawkins’ theory of memes, and you will realize that memes are engaged in an endless war with one another for the right to exist in our human brains. A form of thought, of course, does not possess a will; like a form of life, it is more like a virus, and biological viruses, as we well know, are not a form of life, their goal is simply to settle into a cell and leave their DNA there so they can reproduce and continue to spread further

Thank you for your recommendation, I am always seeking to expand my knowledge.

I too have been practicing many of the methods for a few years now with decent success. It’s kind of like the framework I began with then built off of later.

I still ask myself all the time— “Does this action (or reaction) align with the reality I desire?”

You’re supposed to become aware and choose your path consciously

I noticed recently that highly advanced individuals tend to put great efforts into to retaining their vital energy.

This is why they do not engage much with senseless arguing, trends, media cycles— or anything that feeds on attention and emotional reaction

At higher levels they remove others from the energy draining cycle, therefore raising collective consciousness

im not sure about collective consciousness, but u right about arguing, trends, media, it's trash that takes a lots of energy, time, and attention. Attention it's key to all kind of occult practice. Since the average person's attention is usually scattered, it's unlikely one will receive letter from Hogwarts anytime soon, hahaha
