Dear brothers and sisters, I have been gaining a lot of wait recently, are there any eating patterns and also diet I should follow to make sure it won't gets worse

I’m copying the message ı wrote earlier.

1- Never skip breakfast. It will keep your metabolism revved up all day. Yates used to get a large portion of his daily calories in the morning.

2- Carb cycling works—like all other diets—but for healthy fat burning, you need to reduce all macronutrients.

3- About 15% of the calories from protein are burned during digestion. This also helps prevent muscle loss. During this process, you might want to focus on a slightly higher-protein diet. Also, don’t forget to drink water.

4- Dont do an aggressive cut. Throughout my life, I’ve never dropped below 2,000 calories during any diet phase. Because on a 1,200-calorie diet where you’re basically just eating parsley, your metabolism will slow down and you won’t burn fat; on top of that, when you stop the diet, you’ll gain even more fat. This also means muscle loss—and we don’t want that. We’re trying to preserve—or even build—our muscle while losing fat.

5- A steady daily calorie deficit of 300–500 calories means losing 2 pounds of pure fat per month. Thanks to my height, my basal metabolism burns around 3,000 calories a day, and I eat accordingly. Know how to count calories.

6- Don’t neglect walking. Even on regular days, I never go below 10,000 steps.

7- As I mentioned earlier in the VT, 40% of this process is sleep. If you don’t have a healthy sleep environment, cortisol levels rise, which hinders fat loss.

Your body doesn’t gain fat in two months. Most of your weight gain is likely due to water retention from salt and other factors.

Additionally studies show that weight training is just as effective as cardio when it comes to burning fat. In some people, this rate has even gone higher.

To keep it short; eaty sleepy and trainy.

make sure your not eating fake fats like margarine which is damn near plastic. cook all your foods in only real fats. Butter- check labels to make sure it is made from milk and only milk, Lard- try to find an organic food store and ask where you buy lard by the pound or if nothing else cook bacon and save back the grease or buy uncooked chunks of pork fat and render the lard yourself- plenty of videos online on how it's not hard to do. and Tallow- beef fat.
Saturated fat helps you feel fuller longer and gives the body better stuff to burn.
keep a food journal for a month write down everything you eat and drink nothing how much sugar you eat in a day and a week. Do your best to cut back on white sugar and for the love of the gods get rid of any substitute sugar-aspertame, stevia, ect. put back in things like honey- good in baking and tea. Molasses, and maple syurpe.
for ways to do this please check out Weston A Price Foundation - it's a .org site.
