Greetings, ApolloAbove [SG],

As already stated in my post "Problem with account page", I seem to having problems with certain functions when editing my account page, and also on the forums (all mentioned in original post).
Are these program "glitches", or restrictions because I'm new? If it is the latter, then why wasn't I informed of this when registering?
If it's just a glitch, then I would appreciate it being corrected?
