How do I go about asking a specific god for something specifically related to my problems ? I know to do the god rituals, but what do I do after/during that ? At the end of the ritual, do I visualize their sigil while doing void ? Or just empty my mind and feel their energy ? Is there anything for beginner to know, on how to properly petition the gods? You can do a formal Standard Ritual. Write down your prayer beforehand and you will be able to recite it with assuredness and formality, being respectful is very important.

You can ask your Guardian Demon, even if you don't know who it is, you start by asking Father Zeus to help you communicate with your GD, and then you can strat your prayer by ''My Guardian Demon, I want to speak to you about x and y''. Ask for guidance. Do it everyday.

5x is a common advice for those with tight time restrictions and limits on how much they can handle. It is a good starting point before the full sets.
