Greetings family,

About the 40 days program, what does it mean when it says about hatha yoga session:

"Do each pose for 3 breaths, fully and relaxed. At the end of the
session, relax fully- This will not take more than 8 minutes. This in
total is 45 breaths. Be relaxed and comfortable. IF THE BREATHS
ARE TOO MUCH, STICK TO 3 BREATHS OR EVEN TWO!"

It means I should do each pose twice or three times?
thank you

No, according to those instructions, at the end of the session you should relax in the so-called savasana, not between one breath and the next, nor between one asana and the next. Breaths are obviously used to measure time. Let's say that each breath lasts 10 seconds, so you will hold each asana for 30 seconds.
