As suggested in the title, I dont think any significant amount of the white population actually experiences feelings of white guilt, I think its more of an attention seeking virtue signaling behaviour.

Sadly, in America and other jewish-controlled white-majority countries they are teaching anti-white propaganda in schools. You know, how white people are responsible for slavery or colonization and everything good they achieved is the result of these two. Many are so propagandized with that nonsense that they believe those lies and feel guilty. This misinfo is so prevalent that more than half of liberals believe that slavery was an American thing invented by whites*. When you realize that they have been brainwashed to believe a false history, you can see why they feel guilty. It's like those cult members who act in strange ways because they believe the lies their leader tells them.

*in reality, slavery is very ancient and was everywhere, "whites" (actually jews) bought the slaves of african tribes in exchange dor gunpowder, over 3/4th of Africans in Africa were slaves at that time and white countries were the first ones to ban slavery. Slavery is illegal everywhere thanks to white people, but it is still practiced in some African countries. There was the Muslim slave trade which lasted much longer and was much more cruel and barbaric.
