Unfortunately what you are suggesting here is a very enormous undertaking and requires more then just us here.

This would require decades of funding, research, scientific advancement in cybernetic and or artificial eyes, and all sorts of things that are not yet manifested as technology here on earth. The undertaking would be extreme for even the most talented genius in computer sciences and cybernetics.

I would advise you to accept that most likely there may not be viable treatments for blindness found in scientific advancement as of yet. I understand this may be hard, and I strongly sympathize with your desire to help your mother along with having technology advanced to where this is possible.

It would be fine and encouraged for you to pursue these sorts of advancements gradually overtime. You could strongly advance scientifically to where the way is paved for this, and it would be of great benefit to humanity.

Ask Satan to help you in this process if you are absolutely determined and you will have your answers. The Gods are here for you.
