In life, one can have expectations i my self still do from time to time. However i think it is best if we just exist without expectations of any kind, what i mean is that instead of having preconceived notions, we simply allow ourselves to be present in any and all situations. I'll liken the soul of modern humans as mighty eagles who are grounded due to external forces.
