Yes sir Sat Kriya is great they also have a pdf and webpage version detailing how to do it and some of the benefits on pinklotus.org

Also, I was reading "Path of Wotan"(Wotan/Odin is Lucifer), a document on nazi.org.uk (highly recommended site) and in it they said our aryan forefathers did "kriyas" to advance to godhood. It is basically a combination of activities from the Eight Fold Path
