Yoga/Tibetan Breathing routine.

anaxium1 min to read

I'm having sort of an issue right now. I want to do Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and the Tibetan Breathing exercises every day. My issue is, the instructions say that it would be best if you did them a few hours apart from each other. But my current schedule (work) doesn't allow that right now. So I guess my question is, will it hinder my progress if I do them closer together? Will my efforts be wasted if I do them too close together? I don't want to start the routine and then have to stop, so I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do.

Thank you all for your time.
Sincerely,
-Anaxium

anaxium,All I can tell you is what I am doing right now.I start out by doing 15 minutes of Kundalini, than 15 minutes of Hatha,20 minutes of chakra work, and then I try to put in as in as much time on void as I can.About an hour daily, covers it for me too.

Don may I ask you what you mean by that? I'm not quite sure I understand.
Brian that sounds great actually. But see I usually have around 5 hours free time per day. That gives me time for 2 out of the three exercises, what I'm wanting to do is spend at least an hour on each. I have the time to do it, IF I can do them all together. I may just end up doing what you're doing.

Thank you all for your time,
