Wunjo

I suffer from light depression from since I was born.
I never too much happy, get excited, and all of those stuff..
So i'm going to start a working on the Wunjo rune.
Any suggestion on when to begin? When Wunjo will benefit me the most?
I'm also new to Runes so I need a good day and hour to begin with, to let me the energy I need.
I can't take it anymore, I can't suffer one second from it. I want to heal it.

Imo, waxing moon in Cancer should work out fine for you in healing your depressed state. Its only a few days away.

Okay, thanks. Meditating and doing Yoga already help me much but I still suffer often with this fucking depression.
It's like I have days when I'm more happy, and other days when I feel like shit, and I'm pretty sure it is my brain, and not the enemy.

The first one is just the name of the Rune in english right? I don't vibrate 'Wunjo' this is my question? Than I have a few options, I just pick one of them? I mean the Germanic, Gothic, Norse, Anglo-Saxon, Icelandic, or Norwegian. And the first one is just the name. Am I correct?

Also do I need to be advance to vibrate Runes? Is trance is a must?

Wunjo is the name of the rune and the germanic, and icelandic etc are variations of it in different languauges but they are all i still Wunjo. Get it? Can someone explain how to vibrate Wunjo?

The RAUM and IO formula I posted for meditation is a guide here. The U is for the 6th and the solar chakras. This gets complex. I can't get back here to reply to any questions, but I will do what I can to try to get this information up and on pdf. "A-U" is the basis for most vibrations. For example, the Sowilo rune should be SAH-UU-LL-OH. The O for the runes; oe, is a guide that the O part of the vibration should be on the feminine side of the soul. For example, the rune Wunjo. The looped part should be vibrated on the left [feminine] side. So, you would begin vibrating the stem, the VVV at the base chakra, AH at the second chakra, UU at the solar plexus, NNN at the crown, then the looped part-  YYY at the left shoulder chakra and OH or UU back at the solar plexus.

The key to understanding this is to look at the shape of the runes. The straight line represents the self. In this case the column of the chakras. It also represents the flow of every. The vibration goes along with drawing the rune. The vibration starts at the base chakra and the base of the rune with vibrating Vvv. It then goes up the chakras, with Ahh at the 2nd chakra. The Uu at the solar. Note this chakra is important, both being the solar chakra and where the rune rejoins itself. Moving up we're at the top of the rune, and the crown chakra with Nnn vibration. I would start it on a Thursday during the hours of Venus or Friday during the hours of Jupiter, that's what I did. The moon was in Capricorn, I chose this because my co-ruler of the first is in the 12th conjunct Neptune and I wanted to start it while the Moon was lighting up my 12th. I thought of it as a cleaning of my subconscious.
Personally, with the Moon, I would focus more on where it is transiting in your own chart for working on yourself.
