Wtf is this ??

From yesterday whenever i watch an object or mostly when i watch photographs and movies, I then start seeing the person's hair moving in a very slow motion,and other things too move in this pics. What is this and why ?  Has anyone had this kind of experience?

Hair Movin in slow motion in photograph as wel as his other features too.  i meant to say that if i focus on i pic for less than 2 seconds, I then start seeing it moving as of its so real...

might be energies between the picture and ur eyes that are causing a water reflection like effect. u know how u throw a stone into a water and the waves makes a still object move on the reflection ? 
i think and energy density has something to do with it .

Yeah, it's just an optical illusion, something to do with wavy, curved, interlacing lines. I have an abstract wallpaper designed to do that. You focus, on the lines, they are still. You focus somewhere else and watch them with your peripheral vision, they seem to move.

If those images are online pictures, sometimes you'll get this kind of effect from the image taking a few seconds to finish loading that last little bitty bit of data and the image seems to move just a little bit.
