I am worried about my energy usage when I am practicing pyrokenisis. My friend is a fellow Zevist and he said that if you use to much energy from practicing you can die or lose yourself. Is this claim true?

Yeah, but if you'd use too much energy you'd realise it before it happens xD basically that isnt really anything to worry about and it can happen to anything, not just pyrokenisis, But the chances of that happening are like 0.00001% if you like try to for like 8 hours nonstop or something xD
