Workings to make someone meditate?

Is this against the ethics to even consider? Should I leave someone's spiritual seeking totally to their own free will?
Is there any thing ethical I can do to make them more into meditation?

Or should I leave it to prayer and the Gods since spiritual seeking should never be forced on anyone?
