I hope someone who's actually practiced pilates for year and/or taught it actually comes to answer, as I am interested too.

I have an Zevism friend who used to be a fitness instructor. They have been doing pilates for nearly a year (10 months), and says that it is the best workout they have ever done, and regrets not getting into it sooner and being certified to teach it instead of general fitness.

What changes should I make to this working?? And what affirmations or workings would y'all recommend for athletes?

The affirmation can be fiddled with quite a bit. Not saying that one is bad, but it can be changed.

"In a positive and healthy way my physical capabilites are increasing forever."

Mars' energies can be used for athletics. I have not tried Sun for it, but Sun rules over vitality and health also. And I have been pondering about using Mercury for lungs since lungs are important for (endurance) athletics.

I wanted to add, since it seems it slipped everyone's mind including mine, that Mercury also rules coordination and balance, which are important skills too. Together with strength (Mars) and flexibility (also Mercury), they make the more complex agility skill. Finally, Mercury also rules speed.

I need to revise this working, I've decided to change the affirmation to this:
"In a positive and healthy manner for me, the energies of [URUZ, ANSUZ or LOGR] are completely enhancing my physical strength, physical endurance and physical stamina forever."
I think this affirmation is better, enhancement also means increasing and improving.

Look up planetary rulerships or what runes do and then: In a positive and healthy way *insert what you want* now, continously and forever.

Sun is good for muscle gain, did a sun square and it boosted my muscle growth tremendously.

What do you two think of these affirmations? I want to use this affirmation in a Mars square:

I am not pro btw, but here are my 2 cents.

I think the mars square is pretty good!

With Mercury I would focus on dexterity and reflexes, as Agility results from the above and a strong & flexible body.

Looks good. Kinda general, but works for what you want it to work.

I would use now and forever at the end to make it feel more in the now, and from on that in the now, ongoing forever.
