Hello recently me and Aldric were looking through Sanskrit words and one of the words we found was Visarga. Now originally we were just looking for a mantra that could potentially help us with focus for void meditation. So out of different words Visarga looked the most attractive so we did it just a couple times of it and it seemed effective but we weren't too focused on it either. So later on I went ahead and got carried away and did 15 breaths of this (maybe a bit more) and I couldn't believe what I felt afterwards I had one of the best energy highs ever that lasted at least a good 20 min. and I got a huge pressure at my 6th chakra and my clairvoyance extensions opened up and I am not exaggerating.
So right after this happened I looked up the word to see if it had other meanings which it did here are some of the other meanings of the Sanskrit word VISARGA.

Aldric himself hasn't really tried it that much so he hasn't been able to give me input yet. If you are interested I would like to know others experiences with this as for me I have been testing this out more and now it even stimulates my clairaudience chakras and crown chakra as well. I have been trying this back forth with the rituals to see if it helps any since I am wondering from the different meanings like discharge, scattering, sending forth, ect... if this helps bring up energy so that you may be able to use more during rituals but I only found out about this word a few days ago so it is a bit too soon to be sure.
