I wish to start a working on Saturday for deep cleaning my soul , can I do a 40 day cycle or should it be a multiple of 7 like a 42 day cycle.

I wish to start a working on Saturday for deep cleaning my soul , can I do a 40 day cycle or should it be a multiple of 7 like a 42 day cycle.

It would be good to do it in 7-day cycles. So, any multiple of 7 is optimal in this particular case.
