Years ago I casted a death spell against a girl but she didn´t die instead her mother did it, did I casted the spell in the wrong way, what happened? if someone can explain me what happened please answer this message.

unless u involve her on it ,
or could be she was just meant for her to die anyway
if u cast the spell wrong u should know , wt u did?
and what was the mistake u made!

It sounds like it could have affected her sympathetically, i.e. your focus was on her, but the spell energy went to her mother.  I don't think this type of thing is all that uncommon.  If it were me, I would analyze/explore the reasons this could have happened.  Work on fine-tuning your energy projection like a laser.
