Can a black magic spell be done on any day during the waning moon? even a friday? I looked over the JOS site and can't find any thing on that. Thanks.

You can perform it on any day at any time if you wish, however, there are times and days that are more suitable and will enhance the working. Saturdays are good for Black Magick workings, and it should be done in the hour of Saturn.   Also, if you really want to increase your chances of success and your target is a specific individual, it can really help to get their date/time/place of birth so you can check out their Astrology chart. You can look to see when the person will already be experiencing troubles, and throw the curse then.   Hail Satan!!

I read the page titled "Three Steps of Witchcraft" and I'm a little confused. If I do the "Foundation Meditation" do I say the affirmation each time I breath in energy? How many times do I say the affirmation? Or do I raise the energy and say the affirmation afterwards?

Yes, up until you can breath in energy effortlessly. Depends on you. I recommend a minimum of three affirmations.
