Windows 10 or Linux

Hi guys. I know this isn't the type of question that's often(or at all) asked here, but I have a problem
I got new laptop with Linux installed. Unfortunately for me I need some software which is only available for Windows or Mac. Mac OS can only be installed on Apple laptop. So that leaves me with Windows 10.

I know that Windows 10 is blatantly a invasion of privacy. Microsoft doesn't give a shit about you and they simply fill your PC with spyware in every update + I despise the UI in Windows 10. It  would make me feel very uncomfortable using Windows 10 and browse JoS, forums and post here. I will need this laptop for studying and the software I need will become necessary sooner or later.

Another alternative would be to install Windows 7.

I'm looking for your opinion/advice here...

Install 7, if you can. It is gonna be good for few more years, and then they are probably going to kill it.
10 is a disaster for desktop as much as is Android on smartphones. That OS has jews hidden behind every of its corners.

You might not realise this but what you are asking is "Should I use an operating system (and all software) which is closed-source, or open-source?". Open-source for the win.

Micro$hit works with the (((government agencies))), and windose 8+ - and 10 especially - is spying on you.

There is an Ubuntu-based version of Linux which is supposed to be for those who want to move from Micro$hit to Linux, called Zorin OS. I don't think it has all available software, depending on what you need because it's not very well-known, but you might (or might not) be able to find alternatives for the programmes you want and need. You can install Zorin OS on a 2GB USB stick (if you can find one these days!) and run it off there, or install it onto your hard drive.

I think windose 7 would be the second-best option, after XP, but XP is not kept secure anymore... I would choose XP with the realisation that it might need to be re-installed if it goes crappy sooner or later - I'd keep that in mind.

Sorry I can't be any better help than this.

Then go with windows 7. I am not a cpu expert, but isnt it possible to download supportive data on linux for the software you need?

Windows 7 lifecycle ends in 2020. After that, it stops getting updated and most software stops getting made with Windows 7 compatibility in mind.
taol
Unfortunately it isn't. It's only available for Windows and MacOS. There is one which is available for all platforms, but it's watered down version of the original.

Fancy
I will check out Zorin OS sounds interesting. XP was the last decent OS before they started their spying bullshit.

Thank you guys for replying. I will definitely check what is the best software alternative for Linux before taking drastic measures such as installing Windows.

Please i also have problem concerning VPN I mean how to change VPN. I want to work and earn online but it seems i have to change my VPN because some website are  mainly  use for Europe and asia and austra and there is only small site that accept Africa. You have plenty of videos on youtube:
This video shows you how to crack and download VPN software(Cyber Ghost) so you access different websites.

Alternatively, you can download free VPN software, but it usually has restrictions such as having limited bandwidth (after you used all of the bandwidth you have to wait for a certain period of time) or having only one country you can get IP from (usually US).

It's up to the Satan and the Gods to decide whenever a new High Priest will be appointed do deal with matters such as this.

There is no need for someone specific to do this such as a High Priest. There is need for people to stop worrying. You are not doing anything bizarre by browsing these forums, even if the enemy project this.

I can actually make some tutorials for these things in the closeby future. Even Windows 10 can be a 'relatively safe' operating system if you do the specific tweaks. However I found hardly anything about what you can do online. Therefore it may need a tutorial. There is a series of things you must do.

There are many good VPN services you can use. Just make sure they are a no-logs VPN. No logs means the company doesn't hold a file on what you do online (at least they claim so) and therefore anything you do online is private (again this doesn't apply to very serious offenses). You should be fine for example to access sites of political dissidents and other activities. Generally, VPN's are helpful, they can reduce internet speed, but they can of course up your online protection. You can also use pages such as this:
.
https://www.proxysite.com/

From here you can access sites without you being directly exposed to anything to the websites and/or the trackers in the sites. You can even see the forums and so forth.

If you want a safer search enginge, try this one - DuckDuckGo:

https://duckduckgo.com/

One last thing, these steps can protect you from data mining and other issues such as nutcase enemies who may snoop for your IP address, unless they are exceptionally skilled hackers which would be very time consuming to just pull on random members. Still, there is not many things they can do with this, but just to be sure, you can use this.

To browse the internet, Firefox seems to be the same. I wouldn't use google chrome, as it's used by google and it definitely data mines. Ice Dragon (based on Firefox) is also a good alternative that is relatively safe. You can combine it with the above and you can be quite sure that the greasy enemies who may try to scout on you and/or harass you will have a harder time.

Make it also a habit, especially on safe computers, to clean your internet history and so forth. Then you should be fine from most people who are snoopy and greasy and want data or to scout on you for absolutely no reason whatsover.

You can install a good distribution of Linux and use Windows on a Virtual Box app on Linux whenever you need it.

And if you are really that desperate you could use an operating machine inside a virtual machine like virtual box
