Why Should I Trust Him?

I am a deconverting Christian who was raised in that religion. Every day I find more myth and error within Christianity. As you can imagine, discovering that I've believed a lie for most of my life is quite a shock to my system. Now I question everything, and always examine someone's claim before accepting it as truth.

My question is, why do you trust Satan? In light of the knowledge that a malevolent alien race has been blinding and deceiving humanity for millenia, how can you trust anything? How do you know that Satan is not just another manipulator, using you for his own agenda before he throws you away or worse? I would really like to know why people who are so skeptical of anything they are told to believe would trust a powerful being like Satan who could very well be deceiving you just like the Christians and aliens. What has he done to earn your trust?

Why wouldn't you trust your creator? A true creator doesn't want to destroy his or hers' creation. Satan (Enki) created you and has gifted you with the innate ability to become a God, just like him. He put everything on the line for us, or we wouldn't be here today - that's why we trust him. What's the other option?

I wouldn't think Satan would ask anyone to blindly trust them. And in reality, it would be impossible to prove what Satan is, he's powerful after all and could do as he pleases, fool anyone.

As far as I can tell, here's what he's offering:
1. Help with achieving Godhood.
2. Possible assistance in life.


I think for him, it's more of a long-term game. If Satan is a rational being, it's good for him to have other rational beings in his life. It adds to his life. A sort of trading relationship. Mutual benefit. It's economics.

The more spiritual developed someone is the less irrational they are.


For me personally, he has helped me: getting me money and me with exams.

I too was a Christian once, those were...regrettable times to say the least. I understand that you are more than likely feeling very confused and probably angry. When I first found the jos website and read what it had to say I was skeptical and kept telling myself "what a load of crap" but the funny thing is that I found myself returning to the website more frequently as time progressed. I followed the christian 'life'style, and i use the word life very loosely, and I remember how miserable I was. How dull life was. I remember wishing for some horrible accident to happen because I didn't havewhat it take to kill oneself. I had to get my appendix removed one year and I sat there begging that fake god to make the doctor cut through something that would just end all of it....

Then after that summer I decided to dedicate. The feelings I have felt since I dedicated bring me to tears even as I think about them, I can not describe the
joy I have felt since I dedicated. Don't get me wrong, its not all peaches and cream once you dedicate but even when I am sad I am still happy because I can 'feel' saddness and know what it means to be utterly happy. Aside from the more serious stuff, small things tend to go your way far more frequently. For example just about 30 minutes ago I was trying to remember the name of this amazing song I heard and I just gave up thinking I won't hear it again for a while because its not exactly new or popular and then I turn on an app called "slacker radio" and the song comes on, the song was called "still counting" by volbeat. I don't want you to feel like I am pressuring you to become a spiritual Satanist but I promise you that you will find what you are looking for and you will not be disappointed.

One can also seen in the original Tradition the Gods gave humanity was for uplifting humanity. Hence why the enemy have worked to destroy and corrupt it. And attack and blaspheme Him as well.

Only Few would really understand this, deep in there souls they know why

Gods been trough so much and Satan
sometimes we only think of our selfs
and forgets that there is more then just us
