I am curious on this one as I always assumed this was a xtian term.
Or did they simply steal this word and turn it to their own meaning(twisting it)? Jews twisted lots of words in Russian language.

Hell again is another ancient word to represent the base Chakra. It comes from the Norse concept of 'Hel' which is an allegory for the base Chakra and the female serpent power also of the Logos black stage of the Magnum Opus.

Why are Gods called, the Gods of Hell specifically?
Why all the name based on this chakra? Satan's kingdom as well, why is it specifically with this chakra?

We call them the Gods because they are the Gods XP There is emphasis on the other Chakras also in pagan mythologies you just happened to mention this one and i just shared my information on it. I recommend you check out some of HP Magesons post on the JoS newsletter it goes in depth about this subject. JoS Newsletter

Actually, besides the base chakra, Hell is also a word used to refer to the place where the Gods live right now, which are a beautiful planet in Orion's belt. It's also called Duat, by its egyptian name. They are called Gods of Hell because they live there :) You can extend that to allegory: In allegorical symbolism, "gods" are the various chakras. Although our Gods are real beings, they also have stories related to the chakras and spiritual concepts. Like HP Maxine said, for example Satan and Lilith although real beings are also related to the base and crown chakras respectively (lily being an english name for the 1,000 petaled lotus which is called Sahasrara in Sanskrit, i.e. the crown chakra). The base chakra is the place where the kundalini resides and where it's awaken from, so the other chakras are where the kundalini passes through them after it rises. The Gods also as real beings also help us raise our kundalini and reach our Godhood. So you can see, the symbolism has multiple layers.
