Hi,I am writing this to see if I could get some information on where to start addressing multiple health issues. For starters, I am a male in my early 20s, and I've been dedicated for a little under a year.
One of the main issues I have is fatigue-I am very tired throughout the day, and even if I fall asleep early (I often have trouble falling asleep), I am still exhausted throughout the day. I feel lethargic and have very low motivation with regards to life. I do warfare every day, but I feel pretty apathetic towards other aspects of life. I have very few personal goals and most things seem meaningless. I don't eat very healthily, so I figure adjusting that should be a good start, although I don't have a set idea of a specific diet.
I also have a lot of tension and joint pain in my neck, head, and tendons in my arms (I use the computer a lot.) I feel very physically weak and I no longer enjoy exercise, I haven't exercised regularly (except for some daily Yoga.) I feel like my sex drive is weakened and I don't feel very driven in life.
Anyway, thanks for reading my long post. If someone here has some advice of where I could start (including books or online resources, I enjoy reading), I would greatly appreciate it.Hail Satan!

Do you frequently feel cold?

Do you urinate frequently with pale, copius urine?

Any long term propensities to bronchitis, flu or other respiratory infections resulting in the formation of phlegm?

Excuse me, I just saw that you mentioned bring in your early 20's. Got it.
At your age, it is a bit of an issue if you are having all of these problems.

Welcome to the satanic health group.
You definitely seem to have a couple of issues that need addressing. We will help as much as we can.
So far it seems like you are suffering from fatigue, body aches and pains and low libido. Are there any other health concerns you have? This is a place of no judgement and so do not feel embarrassed or down about listing your problems. It happens to us all. The important thing is getting better.
It helps us get to the bottom of things. if you want you can send a private email to me or the member "CentralForce".
How old are you and how long have you had these ailments? How often do you exercise and or Yoga? Are you doing Kundalini yoga?

Thank you for your reply, HP Shannon. I appreciate the work you do here and on the forums.
I am a 20 year old White male. I have been low-energy and lethargic at least since I was 17. When I was 16 I struggled with a fair amount of mental issues, I was socially awkward and struggled with depression and obsessive-compulsive thinking/ADHD like though processes, and I was a cutter for several years, my body is pretty much covered in scars. When I was 16, some kike doctors put me on heavy antipsychotics (I am not psychotic and never have been), these gave me terrible lethargy and made me gain around 70 pounds. I went from 5'6, 140 pounds to around 210 pounds, I've lost some of the weight (I'm 150 now) but still need to lose more. I've been off of all medication since I was 18, though. I started smoking cigarettes (around 5 a day, sometimes less) when I was 18, but I've heavily cut down now. I don't do any other drugs (except drinking, very sporadically) and a drink a few cups of coffee a day (I've cut down on caffeine, as I used to drink a ton.)
Currently I'm ok on the mental issues, except for some depression, apathy, asocial behavior (if one considers that problematic, I don't think it's inherently so) and a lot of trouble maintaining focus. I struggle a lot with focusing my mind, which makes meditation difficult (I'm kind of down over my lack of progress so far.) Even though I have what mainstream doctors would call OCD and ADHD, I do well in college and my mind is a great asset to me, in some ways. I don't do any regular exercise except for daily walking and Hatha Yoga once in the evening, just a basic routine, no Kundalini Yoga. I do basic meditations twice a day (stuff like aura cleaning, aura of protection, Chakra spinning.) I'm not 100% regular with exact meditation times. I find it very hard to meditate in the morning as I'm very tired.
I've never done anything sexual with another person or even dated, this still concerns me but not as much as it used to. I have a low drive for my age but I don't really have too many other issues with this. I have a lot of fetishes I'm into (not really going to go into detail, but stuff on the consensual S&M spectrum), I used to have a lot of guilt over these, but I've more or less accepted them, as they're a very ingrained part of me. I did grow up in a hardcore Catholic household, so I had an extreme amount of guilt over sexual thoughts and feelings for years, but repressing them didn't work and obviously I'm free of that now (thanks to Satan and Hell's Army.)
Some people might say I have low self-esteem, I don't really think I do, although I do tend to get down on myself, I'd say it's more over genuine fuckups in my past and present than some pathologically skewed image of myself. I've fucked up a lot in the past and done a lot of stupid things, so I'm trying to do better now, but I still think of the past daily.
Anyway, thank you for reading through this overly long message. I don't except all of my problems to just go away, but I appreciate any good place to begin my work.
Thank you too, centralforce666. I don't have many of those things, though.

Ok it's good that you don't have alot of those things..
Do you have any of the things that I listed?
This is important because it will guide the way in which I am able to help you.

I do urinate fairly often, my guess is that the frequency could be considered abnormal. It is almost always pale.
I do tend to get a small amount of phlegm fairly often, but I think that this is likely due to the small amount of smoking I do. I have no significant history of respiratory illnesses.

Ok.  That information combined with what you have mentioned in regards to the mental emotional aspects you have mentioned is enough to confirm a diagnosis of Kidney Qi/Yang Deficiency.
My recommendation is an immediate course of the Chinese herbal remedy Ba Ji Yin Yang Wan to nourish the Kidney Yang/Qi which should assist in all aspects of your symptomology including the feelings of apathy, lethargy and low sex drive.
A google search of the Chinese patent formula name above should yield some results in your area for purchase and I am happy to advise you on which brands are safer and or more effective. The herbal formula is not expensive.
In your case I would suggest taking the maximum stated dose on whatever brand you buy - you should feel positive effects within 3-4 days,  if not then the dosage should be increased.
I would expect that a month or more of continuous therapy would be necessary to achieve a state where you no longer require the herbs or you become able to take them at a reduced dosage.

In addition to what CentralForce has mentioned, You should be consistent with your meditations. Doing them on and off will make your energy fields drop. It happens to me.
If I were you I would also look into doing kundalini yoga and this is more powerful then Hatha when it comes to increasing your life force and sexual energy. It is very healing and transforming. You can start with the kundalini spinal energies. It doesn't take too long you can start with 26 reps instead of 108.  I still do this kriya because it contains most of the eightfold steps.

CentralForce recommended you a good TCM remedy and doing your meditations and yoga consistently will help you but it is also very helpful and healing if you change your diet more. Nothing radical but key nutrients and foods should be included in your diet for optimal effects and sometimes all what is needed is the raw material needed in the body to put it back in balance.

To balance your brain chemistry, include more clean and healthy fats in your diet. This includes organic (grassfed preferred) butter, coconut oil, cream, palm oil or tallow. The brain is made of saturated fats and when they are lacking, many lack focus, get depression and other ailments dealing with the psychological functions. The fats also will increase your energy and help you maintain your weight.
The hormones and the cells of the body are made of fats and so to give your body a boost in its function, you should consume that. Make your sure what you eat is in balance.
One thing that is important is listening to your body. I go in cycles. Lately my body craves carbs and veggies. So what I am eating now is mostly that. Some months ago, I craved a lot of dairy and meat and that is what I ate. Whatever kind of food you eat, make sure it is as clean as possible. I stress getting organic, grass fed and pastured items above all but what I have found out over time is that eating a high vitamin and high mineral food is most important that having  everything organic. Even organic can be lacking nutritional content.
Vitamins and minerals are protective and form antioxidants and will strengthen the body regardless. I read this some time ago in a book about a man who ate everything organic but his health still suffered. He moved to the phillipines and ate the normal and commercial food and regained his energy and health. The food in the phillipines was very mineral rich because they watered their crops with water from a mineral rich river. The soil was naturally rich in minerals too.
For you, I would recommend a good multivitamin supplement or some azomite powder, which is not expensive. The azomite powder is easily accessible if you live in the USA. The azomite contains key and minor minerals in a balanced amount. Good for plants as well. I used it in my garden and  also mix it with my water.
The minerals will help with your aches in pain as they contain magnesium.
If you need a recommendation on which multivitamins are best and without nasty fillers, just ask.
Supplying the body with the basic material that it needs and it will normalize.
You also seem to need a bit of a detox to clean your blood and organs. I am wondering if Central Force can provide some herbs for that in alignment with your Kidney deficiency.
As for your sexual fetishes and such, this is your own business and pleasure and do not be ashamed of it. As long as it is not detrimental to you and anyone else. You are not the only one who has these interest and this topic was covered on the main group sometime ago, haha.  :)
There are plenty of people who are into that stuff. I also see that the planets can influence that and I had a big Neptune transit when it happened to me.
Anyway, if you are serious about healing, you must take it slow and include all this things and you will see a difference for sure. Keep your soul energies up too. You do not want the enemy picking at you because of your protection and soul energies dropping.
