I know the implications of their deceptive nature, how it ties into what they do (and possibly celebrate a victory over Potential people of the Gods) but I don't know the full history behind it. Part of what I know is that a Yehubor woman named Ester, who hid her true identity from a king (don't remember which country), only to reveal herself at the right time. Even with this information, I still doubt this is accurate history.
A random thought popped into my head months ago, asking to myself if Yehuborim perform masquerades. Growing curious, I googled it, and sure enough, results showed that the Yehubor indeed do masquerades in Purim.
Is this part of their nature, or is it how they've gained a great deal of knowledge of their theater tricks?
