What's the current spiritual war schedule?

Title pretty self-explanatory, I remember there used to be a post in the announcement with the current RTR schedule, but now I can't find any.
Is it just RTR + tetra + shattering enemy soul as much as you can following the War Room times?

Mix in the Gods' rituals as best as you can. Besides suppressing the enemy through RTR's, we also need to bolster our own Satanic presence.
