What to do with a potential heel injury?

BurgeoningMoon1 min to read

So it's rather simple, recently the tendon in my right heel as been feeling like it's ripping itself apart, especially when I do any yoga poses that involve intentionally flexing my feet. I fear that this may be an injury similar to what happened to my knee several years ago, and I'm tempted to go see a doctor who can properly examine this, however I don't believe I can afford the visit and any possible expenses that come after.

Is there any specific things I can do to prevent the issue from getting worse and not have to spend money on the doctor?

Read the below link which gives an overview of the issue. Pay attention to the lifestyle tips and the organ groups mentioned as responsible. Boosting those will speed healing. Then, look at the second link which mentions specific acupressure points that you can use.

Changing your lifestyle to benefit said organs, plus regularly pushing the acupoints to direct healing energy to the heel, should fix the issue.
