What to do to prevent betrayal

I saw this video that stated that if someone has placement in your 12 house that person could betray you
What working should I do to prevent this person becoming/being a traitor to me
This person is in a position of authority over me and I don't want to do anything that could hinder our relationship but at the same time I don't want this person causing problems for me

Maybe you can try to make a friendship with that person.
