Okay, I was practicing power meditations when something weird happened. I was going into a trance when I heard a woman's voice yell my name in my head, the weirdest part was that the voice sounded familiar. This startled me out of the trance and I couldn't get back in, so I decided to do a chakra spin and call it a day. For some reason I had trouble visualizing the chakras, they would stop spinning, or morph into weird shapes. Then my mind started drifting and I felt hot pin pricks all over my chest. The I heard a voice but i couldn't make out what it was saying, only that it sounded urgent, I felt hands grab my chest and pull the spinning chakras away, almost like they were picking flowers.
So my question is this, what happened? Was it my guardian daemon?, was I attacked by a hostile spirit?, was it a memory from a past life?, or did I just fall asleep for a minute? I would appreciate any opinions on what happened to me, and was wondering if anyone else had any similar experiences.
