It seems like you get hot feet fast by doing the twin serpent mediation in a different way by going back down through the crown after connecting it like off the original twin serpent meditation but if you are natural born with high eruptions of energy it can unlock your pineal gland sometimes depending how and when you do the meditation. I don't think it's anywhere similar to the real twin serpent meditation but my version will pump psychic energy in 3 minutes
