What energies to put in Ritual

Hi,

which energies can you put into Rituals?

I heared you can use anger, but I am not an angry person (I am not angry most of the time, when I am I am not letting it out)

Can you use some other emotions too? For example if you have a bad feeling about something you are regretting or feel grief can you put it into the Ritual?

The emotions should make sense with the spell. For example feeling a lot of anger while you are doing a love spell is not the best thing. You don't have to force yourself to feel emotions, you can just raise your Energy before with meditation and Satanas, Vu Va Vo, Raum meditation, breathing exercise's and so on.
