What does mostly dedicated satanist do? I did my formal commitment my soul to satan. So what now?

Start the basic meditation program or doing basic meditations. Do the three part rtr each day link in my profile bookmark that. Not sure about your last part it's between you and Satan but a lot of people don't do something perfect in the dedication. I believe it's accepted anyways as long as your sincere. If you didn't comprehend or realize something before doing it or were in circumstances where that isn't easy to do which is what it sounds like then no it's not disrespectful.

Read and study the forums and the various sites from time to time.

I did 26 or 27 days progress, I don’t feel any difference. Hmm not sure if I’m dedicated or not.

If you did the dedication ritual then you are dedicated.

Spritual progress takes years and years and is a lifelong process. Some progress faster than others, and everyone has their own set of strengths and weaknesses. Do not fret by not feeling difference in such a short period of time. Keep on working on yourself consistently and observe long term differences.
